Subpoena Preparation

In regard to the legal requirements for issuing a subpoena, Hester Services is well versed with the process including the proper format and necessary information required to prepare your subpoenas. Hester Services can draft your subpoenas pursuant to your court's or attorney's guidelines. Supply us the necessary information through our online Pick-Up Request form.

We can prepare your Attorney Issued Subpoena for all Virginia State Courts and United States District Courts with the exception of criminal cases. We require the attorney's esign for this service.

SDT Records Monitoring

Keeping up with time-sensitive Subpoena Duces Tecum (SDT) is a demanding task for busy offices when it is critical to produce records at a certain time and place.
